view live preview hereBecause it's fixed-width I had to make it narrow enough to fit on userpages at 1024, so that kinda sucks, but you can squeeze in about three thumbs per row (two looks better though).

- to make the thumbs look pretty, use the following HTML:<div class="feature">:thumb###: :thumb###: :thumb###:</div>
- to write a small heading, wrap it in two bold tags, to write a big heading with an underline, wrap it in three bold tags.
- Don't forget to change the hover menu links! The code you stick in your footer has the links you need to change.
- You can easily change the photo in the top - it's a single image, with the photo 'frame' being separate. Look through the CSS, it's the background for .photo_ - replace the URL with a link to your replacement image
