  • to make the thumbs look pretty, use the following HTML:
    <div class="feature">:thumb###: :thumb###: :thumb###:</div>
  • to write a small heading, wrap it in two bold tags, to write a big heading with an underline, wrap it in three bold tags.
  • Don't forget to change the hover menu links! The code you stick in your footer has the links you need to change.
  • You can easily change the photo in the top - it's a single image, with the photo 'frame' being separate. Look through the CSS, it's the background for .photo_ - replace the URL with a link to your replacement image :)
Because it's fixed-width I had to make it narrow enough to fit on userpages at 1024, so that kinda sucks, but you can squeeze in about three thumbs per row (two looks better though).

The images themselves are hosted on my website, and I don't mind if people keep the hotlinks in place. If you want to put them on your own server however, download the .rar from dA using the link on the left sidebar.

This is not a skin that will look nice in IE. Because IE chokes on CSS I've had to hide all the interesting bits; IE users will only see the background image.

I just don't want the thumb to be this tiny narrow strip :lol: - most of the action is at the top anyhow :)

It's not the kind of journal I'd use, really the reason I'm sharing it is because people seemed to like it and it wasn't getting used so.. yeah :)

I much prefer building little bits a pieces people can use in their own journal designs :nod:
