Because it's fixed-width I had to make it narrow enough to fit on userpages at 1024, so that kinda sucks, but you can squeeze in about three thumbs per row (two looks better though).view live preview here

- to make the thumbs look pretty, use the following HTML:
<div class="feature">:thumb###: :thumb###: :thumb###:</div>- to write a small heading, wrap it in two bold tags, to write a big heading with an underline, wrap it in three bold tags.
- Don't forget to change the hover menu links! The code you stick in your footer has the links you need to change.
- You can easily change the photo in the top - it's a single image, with the photo 'frame' being separate. Look through the CSS, it's the background for .photo_ - replace the URL with a link to your replacement image
